Rooted in circular economy principles, CocoaFiber operates as a hub for developing next-generation climate-forward material solutions derived from cocoa pod husks.

 

This philosophy led to the development of CocoaFiber™, our flagship fiber made from renewable cocoa waste. By beginning our process at the farm level, we not only divert millions of tons of waste from landfills and open burning but also eliminate reliance on virgin raw materials.

 

Our approach utilizes cellulose, earth's most abundant biopolymer while also restoring nutrients to the soil, reducing CO₂ emissions, and supporting smallholder farmers with new income streams, all while creating biodegradable fibers designed to replace petroleum-based textiles like polyester.
